Rally da Conquista – Souza Cruz is a national internal marketing campaign designed to increase the company’s revenues. The result was surprising. Rather than theexpected drop of 10%, an increase of 1% in sales  compared to the same period last year. An increase of approximately R$ 1 billion and ROI of 400 times the amount invested in awards and communication.
